Product Overview
The 1×8 PLC splitter is a high-performance hybrid optical distribution device that integrates PLC splitting technology with MPO/MTP high-density connectivity. Featuring an MPO/MTP adapter input and 8 individual SC/APC output connectors, this splitter enables seamless conversion from high-density trunk cabling to standard SC/APC equipment interfaces.
Manufactured using advanced Planar Lightwave Circuit (PLC) technology, the splitter utilizes a high-precision silica-based optical waveguide chip to distribute input optical power evenly across 8 output channels, providing excellent splitting uniformity, ultra-low polarization-dependent loss (PDL), and outstanding thermal stability.
